Our CLOSED STUDIO (PRIVATE) PARTY PACKAGE is a popular choice because we close the entire studio for your event. Plenty of room for painters and non-painting guests, too! (Although everyone will want to paint when they see how much fun it is.)

DETAILS:

  • BASE PRICE:  $500 (includes painting fees for up to 30 painters, studio rental plus glazing & firing of ceramics after the party)
  • PLUS $12 per painter over 30 (these fees are only charged if you have more than 30 painters) Maximum capacity of studio is 40
  • PLUS price of ceramics chosen to paint ($340.00 minimum ceramics purchase required for this party package)
  • PLUS 18% gratuity service fee on the entire party package (base price, plus ceramic prices plus any additional hours/fees) for dedicated staff assisting you
  • PLUS tax

PARTY TIMES:

10AM to 12PM

6PM to 8PM

 

PRIVATE (Closed-Studio) PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 2 HOURS of Party Time (additional hours are $150 each – if reserved in advance)
  • 60 minutes “early arrival time” for you to prepare for your guests arrival
  • 60 minutes “clean-up time” for you to gather your belongings and for us to clean up afterwards
  • Studio Fees for up to 30 painters (+$12 per person over 30 – maximum of 40)
  • Table for your gifts/cake/food/beverages (welcome to bring beer or wine if 21+)
  • 2-3 dedicated staff members to assist painters

 

TO BOOK YOUR PARTY:

Please call or stop in to book your party. A 500+ tax deposit is required to reserve our entire studio for your event. 

After the party ends, your complete party bill will be itemized to reflect all charges as follows:

  • $500.00 Party Package Base Price
  • Plus fees for any additional painters over 30
  • Plus fee for extra hour if requested
  • Plus the price of the ceramics chosen to paint (ceramic prices must total at least $340.00)
  • Plus 18% gratuity (calculated on the base price, ceramic prices and any other fees)
  • Plus sales tax

We will then deduct your booking deposit ($500+ tax) from this total.  You will be responsible for the balance due after the party ends.

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Welcome to bring your own food and beverages (plates, cups, napkins not supplied by us)
  • Welcome to decorate (you can arrive 1 hour early to decorate)
  • Assisting staff will do all of the clean-up
  • Ceramics need to be left for glazing/firing (ready in 7-10 days)
  • Welcome to pre-select ceramics for us to hold until your party (recommended)

 

FREE ONLINE INVITES

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • $500 deposit is non-refundable.  Studio-credit only for cancellations with at least 3 days notice.
  • Everyone painting must have a seat.  Maximum seating is 40
  • If possible, Party Host should pick up all finished pieces and distribute them to their guests.
  • We can only accept a maximum of 2 payments for the total transaction.

For phone call bookings, it might be necessary for us to gather your Party Request Information and call you back so we can properly explain our party packages and assist you with your booking.

 

For CORPORATE or TEAM BUILDING PARTIES, we will provide a 10% discount on the ceramic prices, as long as the event is paid for under ONE transaction – by the company hosting the event.  Please let us know if this is a CORPORATE/TEAM BUILDING event. 

 

For TROOP/SCOUTS PARTIES,  we will provide a 20% discount on the ceramic prices, as long as the event is paid for under ONE transaction – by the Troop Leader/Organizer.  Please let us know if this is a TROOP/SCOUTS event.
