Our SEMI-PRIVATE PARTY ROOM PACKAGE is ideal for groups of 16 or less celebrating ANYTHING! It is held in our Semi-Private Party Room. 

 

BIRTHDAYS, TEAM BUILDING, BABY SHOWER, FAMILY TIME, SCOUTS…

Any reason to celebrate!

 

PARTY PACKAGE PRICING:

  • PARTY PACKAGE BASE PRICE:  $140 (this includes painting fees for up to 14 painters, semi-private room rental, plus glazing & firing of ceramics afterwards)
  • PLUS $12 for each additional painter over 14 (maximum of 16)
  • PLUS price of ceramics chosen to paint (a $200.00 minimum ceramics purchase is required for this package)  
  • PLUS 18% gratuity service fee 
  • PLUS tax

 

MAXIMUM CAPACITY for our Party Room is 16 people (including any non-painters).

For children’s parties, you may need to inform parents to drop off kids and return later to pick them up, due to Maximum Capacity of 16 attendees

 

PARTY TIMES:

10:00am-12:00pm

1:00pm-3:00pm

4:00pm-6:00pm

7:00pm-9:00pm 

 

SEMI-PRIVATE PARTY ROOM PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 2 HOURS of Party Time (additional hours are $75 each if reserved in advance)
  • 30 minutes “early arrival time” for you to prepare for your guests arrival
  • 30 minutes “clean-up time” for you to gather your belongings and for us to clean up
  • Studio Fees for up to 14 painters (+$12 per person over 14 – maximum of 16)
  • Table for your gifts/cake/food/beverages (welcome to bring beer or wine if 21+)
  • 1 dedicated staff member to assist painters

 

TO BOOK YOUR PARTY:

Please call or stop in to book your party. A $140 + tax deposit is required to reserve your Semi-Private Party.  

After the party ends, your complete party bill will be itemized to reflect all charges as follows:

  • $140.00 Party Package Base Price
  • Plus fees for any additional painters over 14
  • Plus the price of the ceramics chosen to paint (ceramic prices must total at least $200)
  • Plus 18% gratuity
  • Plus sales tax

We will then deduct your booking deposit ($140.00 + tax) from this total.  You will be responsible for the balance due after the party ends.

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Welcome to bring your own food/beverages (plates, cups, napkins NOT supplied by us)
  • Welcome to decorate
  • Assisting staff will do all of the clean-up
  • Ceramics need to be left for glazing/firing (7-10 days)
  • Welcome to pre-select ceramics for us to hold until your party (recommended)

 

FREE ONLINE INVITES

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • $140 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or no shows. (Studio-credit only for cancellations with at least 3 days notice.)
  • Room capacity is 16 attendees – including any non-painters
  • If possible, Party Host should pick up all finished pieces and distribute them to their guests.
  • We can only accept a maximum of 2 payments for the total transaction.

For phone call bookings, it might be necessary for us to gather your Party Request Information and call you back to properly explain our party packages and assist you with your booking during busy studio times.

 

 

For CORPORATE or TEAM BUILDING PARTIES, we will provide a 10% discount on the ceramic prices, as long as the event is paid for under ONE transaction – by the company hosting the event.  Please let us know if this is a CORPORATE/TEAM BUILDING event. 

 

For TROOP/SCOUTS PARTIES,  we will provide a 20% discount on the ceramic prices, as long as the event is paid for under ONE transaction – by the Troop Leader/Organizer.  Please let us know if this is a TROOP/SCOUTS event.
